Carlton R. Tipton
Founder and President
Our founder is a native of Sanford, Florida. After graduating from Seminole High School, he spent 4 years in Kentucky where he played college football.
Upon returning home in 1991, he pursued a career in law enforcement with the Seminole County Sheriff's Office. He has fulfilled roles as a Patrol Deputy, a DARE officer, Juvenile Probation Deputy and is currently a School Resource Deputy at Lake Mary High. Carl has coached youth and high school sports for over 30 years primarily in football, as well as girls lacrosse and girls weightlifting. During this time, he has also sponsored Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
He has three amazing children and is very active in his church and community. His hobbies include weightlifting, rose gardening, coaching, and fathering the fatherless.
He considers himself a Jesus Freak!
Beatrice Manley
Vice President
"Queen" as she is affectionatley known, is a native of Sanford, Florida. After graduating from Seminole High School, she has worked in public service for almost 30 years mostly with Seminole County Public Schools. She currently works for the Seminole County Sheriff's Office in the Child Protective Services division. She has been married for 35 years and has three amazing sons and a daughter. She is active in her church and community. Her hobbies include cooking, family time, and helping others.
Kenneth Bevan Jr.
Chief Executive Officer
Kenny is a native of Lake Mary, Florida. After graduating from Lake Mary High School, he has worked in public service for almost 30 years with Seminole County Public Schools. He has been a teacher, Dean, and principals of an alternative school. He currently works as the assistant principal at Winter Springs High School. He is the father to two amazing sons. He is active in his church and community. His hobbies include kayaking, family time, and helping others.

Emily Tipton
Director of Operations
Daughter of the Founder/President, Emily is a UCF B.Sc graduate, where she played on the Women’s soccer team for four years. She ihas received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from McMasters Univerisity (Toronto, CA)
She is currently serves as an Occupational Therapist in Orange County, Florida.
Emily hopes to make a positive impact on families within the community, like her father continues to do, in her career as a pediatric health care professional.
Jason Reichard
Director of Fundraising
Jason grew up in Lake Zurich, Illinois and graduated from ''LZ" High School. He is a graduate of Northern Illinois University's School of Business.
Jason has been in the HR technology space consulting business for over 20 years. He finds the right solutions to improve business and help each company serve their employees better by way of processes and technology.
Jason is proudly married to his lovely wife, Amy who is a nurse, military veteran and a wonderful mother. They have two amazing kids, Aaden and Madison.
Jason enjoys serving at his church and watching his kids compete in sports. He also loves to spend time with his family and friends doing life together. His favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 26:3 "He promises to keep in perfect peace those who's minds are stayed on him, because they trust in him."
Hannah Tipton
Treasurer
Hannah grew up in Canada and attended college at Oral Roberts University. She recently worked as a bookkeeper for LifeStyle Christianity.
She currently lives in Franklin TN with her husband Josh and their beautiful four year old daughter, Naomi.

Grant Derner
Executive Director
Grant has been a resident of Central Florida and has continually been active in support of our community in a variety of capacities for over 25 years. He has been married to his amazing wife Janet for 35 years and together they have raised three awesome young adults teaching them to give back to their communities in their own ways separately as a teacher/coach, an innovative business leader, and within the legal profession. Professionally, Grant has served as a C-Level Executive of two separate multi-million dollar recruitment and employment related organizations over the past twenty-years and brings his proven diverse and strategic business expertise to the Red Suitcase Board of Directors.
Pastor Bobbi Stiver
Executive Board / Director of Pastoral Care
Pastor Bobbi Stiver has been in the Central Florida area for over 50 years. She has been a pastor for this community just as long. Many have come to know the Lord because of her work. She also worked extensively in missions. She retired from Seminole County Public Schools where she worked with disabled students. She recently reopened her church called Ambassadors for Christ which is located in Longwood FL. She also has three children who live in the area.
RIck & Jodi Campbell
Executive Board / Spiritual Directors
Rick and Jodi grew up in Central Florida. Rick played his college football in Kentucky and then came home to help run his family business. Jodi has been an educator for over 30 years. They have a adult daughter Natalie and an amazing son Nathan.
